John J. Otten, M.D., D.D.S.
John Otten M.D., D.D.S. grew up in Washington,
Illinois and completed undergraduate studies at Creighton
University. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical
Center College of Dentistry in 1989 and Louisiana State Medical
Center College of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Otten completed an
internship in general surgery and a residency in oral and
maxillofacial surgery at Louisiana State Medical Center. He served
20 years in the U.S. Army/Reserves. Dr. Otten has practiced the
complete range of oral and maxillofacial surgery since returning to
Peoria in 1995.
